Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa Terms and Conditions

We take full payment for room, tax and fees at the time of booking. A valid credit card must be on file for any incidental charges. Upon check out that card will be charged any remaining balance incurred.

Check in time is between 4:00pm and 9:00pm check out is 11:00am on day of departure. Please call an innkeeper at (845) 795-1310 if you have any special requests or are celebrating a special occasion.

Breakfast is included in your rate and is served daily from 8:00am to 10:00am. If you have any allergies or dietary needs that our chef should know about, please notify an innkeeper ASAP.

Children and pets are not allowed in the main inn building. They are welcome in any of our carriage suites.  Please note that we have a pet cleaning fee of $25 per pet, per night and that your pet must always remain on a leash. Also your pet cannot be left unattended in your guest room. To view all of our Pet Policies, please refer to our website.

We look forward to your visit and want to share some information to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is a gym facility on the grounds for your use, if you plan to maintain your workout routine be sure to pack sneakers

Buttermilk Falls Inn is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please place any valuable in your safe provided or give any valuables to the innkeeper on duty to place in the safe behind the front desk during your stay.

We are a smoke-free property, smoking is not allowed in any guest rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You have one week prior to arrival to cancel or modify your reservation without penalty.  If you cancel within one week of arrival you will be charged the full rate of stay.
